  1. Processing and Fulfillment Time: Processing and fulfillment of orders typically take between 4-6 weeks. Each print is carefully produced to maintain the highest quality standards. We appreciate your patience during this time as we strive to deliver exceptional artwork. 
  2. Packaging and Protection: Your prints will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use industry-standard protective materials to safeguard the artwork against any damage during transit.
  3. Shipping Methods and Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to provide reliable and trackable shipping services. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination and size of the artwork.
  4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated based on the destination and size of the prints. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international orders, and the customer will be responsible for any such charges.
  5. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping globally. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our work fully. Limited editions are made to order and are not eligible for return except under extraordinary circumstances. If a return is requested and approved, return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted prior to any refunds.
